Deine Aufgaben

Bedienen von hochentwickelten Anlagen, auch im Reinraumumfeld, entsprechend der Vorgaben
Einfache Wartung und Pflege der Anlagen
Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen und Ergreifen von festgelegten Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
Erkennen von Störungen im Produktionsablauf und Ergreifen von festgelegten Maßnahmen
Erfassung, Auswertung von Betriebsdaten
Durchführen von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
Aktives Einbringen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil

Technische Ausbildung, Ausbildung in der Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung als Anlagenbediener inkl. erste Verantwortungsübernahme, Erfahrungen im Bereich Elektromobilität oder Automobil wünschenswert
Selbstständige, systematische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
Eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit hohen, wechselnden und unterschiedlichen Anforderungen
Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Offenheit und Interesse mit dem Team etwas zu bewegen
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität hinsichtlich Einsatz- und Arbeitsort, welcher zunächst an unserem Standort in Roding sein wird

Your mission

Operate sophisticated equipment, including cleanroom environments, according to specifications
Simple maintenance and care of the equipment
Performing quality controls and taking specified actions in case of deviations
Recognizing disturbances in the production process and taking defined measures
Recording, evaluation of operating data
Implementation of quality assurance measures
Active introduction and implementation of improvement measures

Your profile

Technical education / training in process engineering
Experience as a plant operator incl. initial assumption of responsibility, experience in the field of electromobility or automotive desirable
Independent, systematic and result-oriented way of working
Sense of responsibility, conscientiousness, initiative and flexibility
Independent, responsible way of working, flexibility, very good organizational skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
Ability to deal with high, changing and varying demands
Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
Willingness to travel and flexibility with regard to assignment and work location, which will temporarily be at our location in Roding
