Deine Aufgaben

Einführen, kontinuierliches Weiterentwickeln und Optimieren verfahrenstechnischer Prozesse
Entwickeln und Optimieren der Prozessparameter unter Berücksichtigung der Produktanforderungen und Produktionsumgebung
Identifizieren und Bewerten aktueller Zukunft-Trends in der Li-Ion Zellfertigung sowie Planen und Durchführen von Proof-of-Concepts
Aufbauen von Domänenwissen und Mitwirken in der Automatisierung sowie KI-Projekten
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Entwicklung, Kunden, Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium wie z.B. Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau und Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung und Verfahrenstechnologiewesen im Bereich Lithium-Ionen Zelle wünschenswert
Gute technologische Auffassungsgabe über Möglichkeiten der Entwicklung und Ergebnisinterpretation
Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit hohen, wechselnden und unterschiedlichen Anforderungen
Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Offenheit und Interesse mit dem Team etwas zu bewegen
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen national/international
Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Introduction, continuous further development and optimization of process engineering processes
Development and optimization of process parameters taking into account product requirements and production environment
Identification and evaluation of current future trends in Li-ion cell manufacturing; planning and execution of proof-of-concepts
Building domain knowledge and contributing to automation and AI projects
Cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, development, customers, development partners, suppliers

Your profile

You have completed a technical degree (e.g. process technology, mechanical engineering, or engineering sciences)
Professional experience and process technology knowledge in the field of lithium-ion cells desirable
Good technological grasp of development possibilities and interpretation of results
Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
Willingness for occasional national/international business trips
German and English spoken and written
