Deine Aufgaben

Entwickeln inaktiver Zellkomponenten für Pouch, prismatische und zylindrische High-Performance-Batteriezellen (Zellgehäuse)
Produktentwicklung vom Prototypen bis hin zur Serie
Konzeptionieren, Auslegen und Konstruieren hinsichtlich Materialien, elektrischer und mechanischer/thermischer Anforderungen, sowie Herstellbarkeit mit Fokus auf Serientauglichkeit
Durchführen von Schlüsseltests hin zum Proof-Of-Concept
Entwickeln und Beschaffen von Testträgern, Vorrichtungen und Hilfsaggregaten
Koordinieren klassischer Entwicklungsaufgaben, wie bspw. Konstruktion, Testing/Design Verification, etc.
Lieferantenscreening und Lieferantenmanagement in früher Entwicklungsphase
Dokumentation und Reporting

Dein Profil

Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium in der Richtung Maschinenbau, Physik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung
Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Messtechnik und Fertigungstechnik/Automatisierung
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SOLIDWORKS, Catia, etc. sowie im Datenmanagement
Kenntnisse im Bereich von Elektrochemie der Lithium-Ionen-Zellen ist von Vorteil
Zielorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Analytische Denkweise, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Ansätze
Hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Offenheit und Interesse daran, im Team und gemeinsam mit den Kunden etwas zu bewegen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Merging and matching of different cell components, geometric aspects and component technologies
Preparation of technical drawings of various cell components
Merging and consolidating the requirements of the application with development results of the component owners
Developing special assessment competences with regard to design and layout of new cell technologies
Documentation and presentation of results as well as preparation of reports

Your profile

Successfully completed engineering degree in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable
Confident in data-management and confident handling of SOLIDWORKS, Catia, etc.
Knowledge in the field of measurement techniques and programming
Knowledge in the field of electrochemistry of lithium-ion cells is preferred
Focused, goal-oriented and high sense of responsibility
High level of commitment, engagement and flexibility
High level of social competencies, communication skills and teamwork
Fluent written and spoken German skills, good English skills
