QS-Laboringenieur (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Aufbauen von Qualitätskontrollprozessen im Bereich der Li-Ionen-Zellenproduktion Planung von Labor-/Prüfprozessen, Prüfmethoden und Prüfgeräten
  • Spezifikation und Lieferantenscreening für Prüftechnik, Messsysteme und Laborsoftware.
  • Einführen von Mess- und Prüfsystemen für Labore & Offline-Qualitätsprüfungen inkl. Schulungen für Bediener
  • Unterstützen bei der Organisation und Betrieb von Qualitätslaboratorien
  • Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten von QS-Prüfungen
  • Professionelle Q- Dokumentation, Datenanalysen mit statistischen Methoden 
  • Prüfmittelmanagement: Überwachung, Wartung, Kalibrierung und Freigabe von Prüf- und Messmitteln.
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Entwicklung, Kunden, Entwicklungspartnern, Lieferanten
  • Teilnahme an Problemlösungs- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium in den Bereichen Chemie, Physik, Materialwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder staatl. geprüfter Techniker
  • Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der analytischen Chemie, Qualitätskontrolle, Mess- und Prüftechnik
  • Vertrautheit mit Messmethoden (taktil, nicht-taktil, chemisch, optisch, technische Sauberkeit, CT, SEM/EDX, Teardown-Analysen)
  • Erfahrung in der Q-Datenauswertung, -Verarbeitung und -Berichterstattung
  • Kenntnisse der Kernwerkzeuge der Automobilindustrie (MSA, APQP, SPC)
  • Wünschenswert sind Software-Kenntnisse: CRM (SAP S/4 HANA), LIMS, Minitab, Q-DAS solara.MP/Calvin
  • Probenvorbereitungstechniken sind Ihnen ebenso vertraut wie der Umgang mit Labordatensystemen
  • Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Li-Ionen-Zellen sind wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, mit hohen, wechselnden und unterschiedlichen Anforderungen umzugehen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Offenheit und Interesse, im Team etwas zu bewegen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen/internationalen Dienstreisen
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
  • Set-up of quality control processes in the area of Li-Ion cell production Planning of laboratory/ test processes, test methods and test equipment
  • Specification of and supplier screening for test technology, measurement systems and Laboratory Software.
  • Introduction of measurement and test systems for laboratories & off-line quality tests incl. training courses for Operators 
  • Support of organization and operation of quality laboratories
  • Planning, execution and evaluation of Quality control tests
  • Professional Quality measurement documentation, Data Analyses with statistical methods  
  • Management of test equipment: monitoring, maintenance, calibration and release of test and measurement equipment.
  • Cross-functional cooperation with production, quality, development, customers, development partners, suppliers
  • Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement projects
Your profile
  • A degree in the natural sciences such as Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Engineering or bachelor professional. 
  • Professional experience in the field of analytical chemistry, quality control, measurement and testing technology
  • Familiar with measurement methods (tactile, non-tactile, chemical, optical, technical cleanliness, CT, SEM/EDX, Teardown Analyses) 
  • Ideally experience in Q-data evaluation, processing and reporting
  • Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, APQP, SPC)
  • Desirable Software Skills: CRM (SAP S/4 HANA), LIMS, Minitab, Q-DAS solara.MP/Calvin
  • Sample preparation techniques are familiar to you as well as the handling of laboratory data systems
  • Experience in the field of Li-ion cells is desirable
  • Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
  • Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
  • Willingness for occasional national/international business trips
  • German and English spoken and written
