Deine Aufgaben

Durchführen und Auswerten von Qualitätsprüfungen im Bereich der Li-Ion Zellenproduktion
Mitwirken in der Planung von Laborabläufen und Testprozessen/ -methoden
Einführen von Mess- und Prüfsystemen für Labore & Offline-Qualitätsprüfungen
Professionelle Qualitäts- & Messdokumentation
Prüfmittelmanagement: Überwachen, Warten, Kalibrieren und Freigeben von Prüf- und Messmitteln
Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität und Entwicklung
Teilnehmen an Problemlösungs- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten
Unterstützen bei der Organisation und dem Betrieb der QS Labore

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch-/Physikalisch- Technischer Assistent (m/w/d) oder praktische Berufserfahrung als Messtechniker in einem QS-/ Prüflabor.
Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der analytischen Chemie, Qualitätskontrolle, Mess- und Prüftechnik
Vertrautheit mit Messmethoden (taktil, nicht-taktil, chemisch, optisch) sowie mit der Erfassung, Auswertung, Verarbeitung und Berichterstattung von Qualitätsdaten
Kenntnisse der Kernwerkzeuge der Automobilindustrie (MSA, SPC) sind wünschenswert
Vertrautheit mit Probenvorbereitungstechniken und Umgang mit Labordatensystemen
Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Li-Ionen-Zellen sind wünschenswert
Gutes technologisches Verständnis für Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und für die Interpretation von Ergebnissen
Fähigkeit, mit hohen, wechselnden und unterschiedlichen Anforderungen umzugehen
Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Offenheit und Interesse, sich im Team einzubringen
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Execution and evaluation of Quality control tests in the area of Li-Ion cell production
Participation in planning of laboratory/ test processes, test methods
Introduction of measurement and test systems for laboratories & off-line quality tests
Professional Quality measurement documentation
Management of test equipment: monitoring, maintenance, calibration and release of test and measurement equipment.
Cross-functional cooperation with production, quality and development.
Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement projects
Support for the organization and operation of quality laboratories

Your profile

A degree in the natural sciences, completed training as a chemical or physics laboratory technician or practical professional experience as a measurement technician in a QC testing laboratory.
Professional experience in the field of analytical chemistry, quality control, measurement and testing technology
Familiar with measurement methods (tactile, non-tactile, chemical, optical) as well as Quality data collection, evaluation, processing and reporting
Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, SPC) is desirable
Sample preparation techniques are familiar to you as well as the handling of laboratory data systems
Experience in the field of Li-ion cells is desirable
Good technological grasp of options for development and interpretation of results
Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
Willingness for occasional business trips
German and English spoken and written
