Deine Aufgaben

Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln von unserem S/4 HANA Public Cloud System zur kaufmännischen und technischen Steuerung der Batteriezellenentwicklung und -fertigung
Agiles / inkrementelles Produktmanagement und Entwicklung innerhalb unserer Systemlandschaft im ERP-System, Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management und Logistikprozesse
Erarbeiten und kontinuierliches Verbessern des Produktes und unserer End-2-End Prozesse
Integration der Prozesse zu MES/CAQ, Product-Lifecycle-Management mit hoher Umsetzungsdynamik
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Gesamtgeschäftsprozesse (Management-, Wertschöpfungs- und Unterstützungsprozesse)
Umsetzung der Features im System (Customizing)

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung auf Expertenebene mit IT- und Prozess-Schwerpunkt in Industrie oder umsetzungsorientierte IT-Beratung
Spezialwissen in Unternehmensapplikationen (Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA bevorzugt S/4HANA Cloud) und im Geschäftsprozessmanagement
Erfahrung im Customizing im S/4 HANA (Cloud) Umfeld
Betriebswirtschaftlicher Sachverstand, unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Analyse- und Strukturierungsfähigkeit
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenzen
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Optimization and further development of our S/4 HANA (Public Cloud) system for the commercial and technical management of battery cell development and production.
Agile / incremental product management and development within our system landscape, focus on production and logistics processes in ERP (especially for processes in SAP-ERP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition logistics, maintenance)
Development and continuous improvement of the product and our end-2-end processes
Integration of processes to MES/CAQ, product lifecycle management with high implementation dynamics.
Collaboration in the further development of the overall business processes (management, value creation and support processes)
Implementation of features in the system (customizing)

Your profile

> 3 years of professional experience at expert level with IT and process focus in industry or implementation-oriented IT consultancy
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering / business administration
Specialized knowledge in enterprise applications (experience in SAP S/4HANA preferably S/4HANA Cloud) and in business process management
Experience in customizing in the S/4 HANA (Cloud) environment
Business management expertise and entrepreneurial thinking
Strong analytical and structuring skills
Strong communication and moderation skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement and determination
Very good German and English skills
